Free shipping on orders over $75. Below that, shipping is worked out by package weight and shown in your cart before you order, starting at $6.95 for standard (3–5 business days) and $14.95 for expedited (1–2 business days). We ship Monday–Friday, within two business days of payment.
Weekend and holiday orders go out the next business day.
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming. Sign up for our newsletter to hear when it's available.
Collect it in Orange City instead
Choose local pickup in your cart and pay no postage at all. You do not have to live here to use it. Anyone happy to come to Orange City can. Sabrina will reply to arrange a day and a place that suits you both. It is free however small the order, and a candle handed over in person cannot arrive broken.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unlit candles in original packaging. Custom candles are non-refundable. To start a return, email cocoandsabanna@gmail.com with the name on your order and roughly when you ordered.
Items must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened or used candles for hygiene and safety reasons. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the candle arrived damaged, in which case we cover it.
If your order arrives damaged, please email cocoandsabanna@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Custom Orders
Custom candles are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is a defect or error on our part, we will remake or refund at no charge. Please review your custom request confirmation email carefully before payment.
