By accessing and using the Coco and Sabanna website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Products and Orders
All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion. Custom candle orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
3. Payments
Orders placed through checkout are paid by card at the time of order. Payment is processed by Stripe: the card details go to Stripe, not to us, and we never see or store them. Custom orders are different: you tell us what you would like, we reply with a quote, and nothing is charged until you confirm it. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
4. Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Candle Safety
You agree to follow all candle safety instructions provided. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Coco and Sabanna is not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from misuse of our products.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Coco and Sabanna and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Coco and Sabanna's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
