Free shipping on orders over $50. Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is $6.95. Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is $14.95. We ship Monday–Friday. Orders placed before noon CT ship same day.
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed before noon CT ship same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming — sign up for our newsletter to hear when it's available.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unlit candles in original packaging. Custom candles are non-refundable. To start a return, email hello@emberandwick.co with your order number.
Items must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened or used candles for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@emberandwick.co with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Custom Orders
Custom candles are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is a defect or error on our part, we will remake or refund at no charge. Please review your custom request confirmation email carefully before payment.
