By accessing and using the Ember & Wick website (emberandwick.co), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Orders

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion. Custom candle orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

3. Payments

All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We accept PayPal and Venmo. Payment is due at the time of purchase for stock items. Custom orders require payment upon receipt of the Shopify invoice we send you.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Candle Safety

You agree to follow all candle safety instructions provided. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Ember & Wick is not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from misuse of our products.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Ember & Wick and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ember & Wick's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
