Standard orders
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unlit candles in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email cocoandsabanna@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.
Custom orders
Custom candles are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once production has begun. If the completed candles contain a defect or error on our part, we will remake or refund in full.
Items not eligible for return
- Opened, burned, or used candles
- Custom / personalised candles
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items not in original packaging
